The first is to pay attention to the surface maintenance of the mold, that is, the appearance of maintenance, can not let the appearance of the mold is damaged, that is, can not let it corrode, then it is particularly important to choose a suitable, high-quality, professional anti-rust oil. After the mold has completed the production task, the residual injection molding should be carefully removed according to different injection molding methods. The residual injection molding and other deposits in the mold can be removed by using copper rods, copper wires and professional mold cleaning agents, and then air-dried. Disable the cleaning of wires, steel bars, etc. to avoid scratching the surface. If there is rust caused by corrosive injection molding, use a grinder to grind and polish, spray professional anti-rust oil, and then store the mold in a dry, cool, dust-free place.

The second is to clean the injection mold on a regular basis, in order to ensure the hygiene of the mold. For the production of the product, the clean mold produces better products, and this will not cause the mold to be contaminated.

Once again, it is necessary to test the parts of the mold to see if the mold has a fault. The function of the ejection and guiding parts is to ensure the opening and closing movement of the mold and the ejection of the plastic parts. If any part is stuck due to damage, the production will be discontinued. Therefore, the thimble and guide column of the mold should be kept lubricated frequently (the most suitable lubricant should be selected), and the thimble and the guide post should be regularly inspected for deformation and surface damage. Once found, it should be replaced in time; this avoids the failure of the mold. It has an impact on the production of the product.
