1, single-part molding injection mold
The single-part molding injection mold is also called two (double) plate injection mold. It is the simplest and most common injection molding mold of the standard structure in the injection mold. The part of the cavity is formed on the movable mold, and the other part is fixed. On the mold.
Single-part type injection mold for horizontal or vertical injection machine, the main flow channel is set on the fixed mold side, and the branch flow channel is set on the parting surface. After the mold is opened, the product is left on the movable mold side together with the flow channel aggregate. . The moving mold is provided with an ejector device for ejecting the product and the flow channel aggregate. The mold has a simple structure and reliable work, and in particular, large-sized box and shell products are often used.
2, double parting surface injection mold
The double-part injection mold refers to the casting system and the product are taken out by different parting surfaces, also called the three-plate injection mold. Compared with the single-part mold, a movable intermediate board (also known as the gate board) is added. ).
The mold is composed of a fixed flow channel plate, an intermediate plate movable and having a flow path or a cavity, and a movable plate plate having components such as an ejection device and a core type. When the mold is opened, the intermediate plate is separated from the fixed template and the moving template, and the cold materials of the product and the pouring system are respectively taken out from both sides of the intermediate plate. Therefore, this injection mold has two parallel parting faces.
3. Injection mold with movable inserts
Due to the special requirements of the product, the mold is provided with a movable thread core or a lateral core and a Hough slider. When the mold is opened, these portions cannot simply be separated from the article in the direction of the mold opening, and must be removed from the mold together with the article during demolding, and then separated from the article by hand or by a simple tool. When the movable insert of the mold is loaded into the mold, it should be reliably positioned to avoid accidents in which the product is scrapped or the mold is damaged.
4, automatic unloading thread injection mold
For articles with internal or external threads that require automatic demolding, a rotatable threaded core or ring is provided on the mold. Use the rotary motion or reciprocating motion of the injection machine, or the special prime mover (such as electric motor, hydraulic motor, etc.) and the transmission device to drive the thread core or the ring to rotate to make the product come out.
5, no flow injection mold
The no-flow injection mold includes a hot runner or an adiabatic flow passage injection mold, which uses a heating or adiabatic flow channel (the outer layer of plastic condensed in the flow passage, which acts to insulate the molten plastic in the center of the flow passage) to maintain the nozzle to the pouring. The plastic between the mouth is molten.
6, horizontal split core injection mold
When the product has side holes or undercuts, a horizontal core pulling mechanism such as a slanted guide post or a diagonal slide is provided in the automatically operated mold. When the mold is opened, the side core is driven to move laterally by the mold opening force to be detached from the product. There are also cylinders or cylinders on the mold to drive the side cores for lateral splitting.
