2. Got a complex design? Don’t worry. Our Advanced Mold Making System can handle it and we won’t ask you to change a thing. You can freely incorporate features into your part design that most mold manufacturers simply cannot do.
3. ZJM’s design flexibility helps customers create innovative, integral single-piece light weight components, while cutting costs, saving time, and helping lessen the problems associated with vehicle redesign.
4. Once your design is finalized, we send it to our precision CNC department where our 3, 4, & 5-axis machines begin the milling process of your mould. After that, it goes to our EDM and Finishing department to complete the fine details. High-quality beryllium bronze and steel blocks and our advanced machining process enable us to quickly and efficiently create your custom tooling. The mould is complete only when detailed inspections confirm that your mould captures every last detail of your custom plastic parts.
5. We can make the moulds that other interior applications for plastic include seat bases, headliners and load floors of glass mat thermoplastic (GMT) composite (polypropylene/fiber glass), door trim panels of ABS or GMT composite, and rear package shelves of polycarbonate/ABS or GMT composite materials.
